Victory Video: Productions for Education and Training
Video has many applications in the fields of education and training. "To see ourselves as others see us" is an obvious one. many people in business organisations need to know how to come across well and how to use the media effectively, and coaching using video feedback is a quick and highly effective part of the process.
Still more fascinating is to learn about the functioning of a team or group through video-assisted consultation, a process that looks at and values the differing roles people play, and works to create stronger and more effective team work. Cohesive teams are more productive and stay together longer because they understand why they do what they do and feel valued for their contribution.
